SEMI 3D5 is up for Five-Year Review. During its NA Spring 2023 Standards Meetings, the TC Chapter reviewed the standard and agreed to issue a Revision Ballot to make changes to bring the document to compliance with SEMI Regulations, Procedure Manual, and Style Manual.
