1. Charter:
(State the objective of the proposed TF.)
To develop technical standard specifications, test methods, and guidelines related to PV modules (except thin-film modules), such as mono-crystalline silicon, multi-crystalline silicon, p-type, n-type, back contact, bifacial solar module and so on.

2. Scope:
(Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
(1) PV modules (except thin-film modules), such as mono-crystalline silicon, multi-crystalline silicon, p-type, n-type, back contact, bifacial solar module and so on..
(2) Non-silicon materials used in the manufacturing of crystalline silicon solar modules, such as glass (normal, ultra-thin, anti-reflective coated and so on), encapsulant materials, back sheet, frame, tape, ribbon and so on.
(3) Develop standard test methods, guides and specifications to ensure the reliability and safety of PV modules.
