1. Charter:

To revise existing SEMI standards per the revision schedule and coordinate with other TFOFs (like UPW
) that require the use of the materials that are included in the scope of this task force. Applicable SEMI standards are SEMI 57, 40, 104, 40, 87, 78, 69 as well as others. There may be the need to develop new standards or guides as well as the situation warrants.

The task force will meet on bi-weekly basis whenever there is standard work to perform and may have multiple activities occurring simultaneously.
