1. Charter: (State the objective of the proposed TF.)
To generate and guide to approval technical ballots that provide a unified and consistent set of equipment performance metrics, including RAM, utilization, and productivity. Also, to provide education, technical clarifications, and reconciliation between related standards in this domain, such as E10, E35, E58, E79, E116, and E124.
_____________________________________________________________________________
2. Scope: (Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
This TF represents a consolidation of the existing E10 Revision Task Force and the existing Equipment Productivity Metrics Task Force into a single task force, which follows from the de facto tradition that both TF have generally had the same leadership and membership historically. Approval of this TFOF will discharge the two individual Task Forces into this Task Force.

The primary goal of this task force is the long-term improvement and maintenance of E10 and E79 as a mutually consistent set of metrics.
