1. Charter:

SEMI F57 is long overdue for industry review. The objective of the task force is to conduct the 5 year review for renewal of this standard.

2. Scope:
The TF will meet periodically via telephone conferencing as well as optional F2F at SEMI Standards events to systematically review, comment, mutually edit and update the existing SEMI F57 document

3. Formal linkages with Task Forces in other Regions:
Some overlap with other analytical members of SEMI in the Liquid Chemicals Group might occur
