Provide proposed language in SEMI S2 that conforms to international standards related to control of hazardous energies and prevention of unexpected startup.

2. Scope:
(Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
Review the existing international standards requirements to determine an industry acceptable definitions and set of requirements for the control of hazardous energy (CoHE). Based on the research of international standards, provide proposed language and definitions to clarify the existing requirements to within SEMI S2 to prevent the unexpected energization, or start up, or release of stored energy of wafer processing equipment.
