I. Develop standard techniques and methods to provide PV modules or materials under multi- stress such as temperature, humility, irradiance, mechanical impact etc.
II. Develop standard techniques and methods to measure the degradation of PV modules or materials under specific reliability test.
III. Provide standard classification procedures and guidelines to differentiate PV reliability test for the modules or materials.
