1. Charter:
(State the objective of the proposed TF.)
At present, there are three task forces on equipment under SEMI China PV Std. Technical Committee, which are d PV Diffusion Furnace Test Methods Task Force、Multi-wire Saws Task Force and Testing Equipment Task Force. These Task Forces are relatively independent and only involve a certain device, which is not conducive to the development of standards to a certain extent。In order to better promote the development of equipment standards, hope to integrate these three task forces and establish PV Equipment Task Force. The PV Equipment Task Force is not limited to the scope of work of these three task forces.

2. Scope:

The scope of PV equipment Task Force is to develop standards and safety guides for manufacturing equipment, testing equipment, automation and other equipment in PV industry. Data communication related standards will be developed.
