As the balloting results of the cycle 6 of 2017, there are numerous negatives provided for the Document 6212(SEMI F38-0699 (Reapproved 0611) Test Method for Efficiency Qualification of Point-of-Use Gas Filters). Filters and Purifiers TF members voted that most of the negatives are technically related and persuasive. Therefore, there is a need to address all the negatives and modify this document.
