SEMI E130 and E130.1 are due for 5-Year Review. Reapproval ballot has been issued and failed because E130 is out of date with references to an invalid section of E30 and other standards that are now inactive.

Line-item ballot has been issued with Line –item 1: to address invalid references within E130 and Line-item 2: to reapprove E130.1 as published.
· Line – item 1 passed;
· Line-time 2 failed A&R because reapprovals of documents require a reapproval ballot and can not be done as a part of Line-item ballot.

E130.1 is due for 5 year reapproval and now will be resubmitted as stand-alone Reapproval ballot.
