1. Charter:
(State the objective of the proposed TF.)
To develop technical standard specifications, test methods, and guidelines related to materials of PV Mobile Energy Products, such as mono-crystalline silicon, multi-crystalline silicon, p-type, n-type, back contact, bifacial solar module, thin film and so on.

2. Scope:
(Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
(1) Materials of PV Mobile Energy Products, such as mono-crystalline silicon , multi-crystalline silicon, p-type, n-type, back contact, bifacial solar module, thin film and so on.
(2) Non-silicon materials used in the manufacturing of PV Mobile Energy Products, such as glass (normal, ultra-thin, anti-reflective coated and so on), encapsulant materials, tape, ribbon and so on.
(3) Develop standard test methods, guides and specifications to ensure the reliability and safety of materials of PV Mobile Energy Products.
