1. Charter: (State the objective of the proposed TF.)
Provide a Task Force in which members can discuss new issues and changes to existing issues related to earthquake safety raised from the increasing size of manufacturing system in FPD and Semiconductor industries. Support SEMI Standards Program activities related to earthquake safety.

2. Scope: (Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
Discuss topics related to earthquake safety issues and determine if any documents changes or additions are required. Development of, and provision of continuing support to, documents within the SEMI Standards Program to earthquake safety.
Produce ballots for issues determined to be necessary and make recommendations to the ESH Committee about which document owns the potential changes and whether these should be line items or document changes.
Develop and provide educational materials related to above documents. Assist others within the SEMI Standards Program with matters related to earthquake safety
