Review the SEMI S2 Section 23 and section 22 for clarification of industrial hygiene assessment and measurement requirements related to chemical exposures.

(Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
Review and revision of section 23 for normal, maintenance and fault conditions and the application of time-weighted averages (TWAs), short term exposure limits (STELs) and ceiling (C) values.
Topic discussion will also include other industrial hygiene issues pertaining to section 23 and chemical exposure.
