Develop and deliver “300mm M31 like” standards for 450mm wafer shipping
Leverage 450 FOUP interoperability interfaces as much as possible
Develop and deliver recommendations for Blue and Yellow Ballots to the International 450mm Shipping Box TF (once formed) in concert with JA Shipping Box TF
Support International Shipping Box TF (once formed) in driving approvals of shipping box standards ballots through the appropriate SEMI committees
Develop recommendations for other standards development opportunities
