To set up a set of standardized specifications representing certain specific applications in the electronic industry and to assign the analytical methods for these parameters.

2. Scope: (Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
The task force (TF) will meet periodically via telephone conferencing or e-mail exchange as well as F2F discussions at the occasion of the Semi Standards meetings.

One of the first decisions of the task force is to define the area of application in which certain solvents are used.
The selection of solvents will be based on the output from the inquiry exercise done by W. Sievert
