The objective of this TF is to develop "Generic Equipment Model (GEM) for flow shop type manufacturing line", which helps to make equipment management scheme similar, for easier application of SEMI A1 to various production lines effectively.

Study how the F-GEM (Generic Equipment Model for Flow shop lines) should be and develop appropriate Standards as required.
Reuse of SEMI E30 GEM knowledge will also be considered.
