1. Charter: (State the objective of the proposed TF.)
To propose a “Guide for Equipment Edge Computing Data Governance (EECDG)” which defines equipment data governance.

The equipment data may include, but not limited to, what can be collected to via SECS/GEM/GEM300 (e.g., SEMI E5 SECS-II, E30 GEM, E90, E116, E157 etc. GEM300 suite), EDA (e.g., E120, E125, E132, E134, E164, aka Interface-A), equipment log files, databases, external sensors, and systems potentially developed by equipment vendors.

This Equipment Edge Computing Data Governance (EECDG) Task Force will cover the Guide standard development for

2. Data Categorization & Meta Data Management of Equipment Edge Computing Data Sources
3. Data Ownership, Retention & Latency of Equipment Edge Computing Data Sources
4. Data Quality & Value of Equipment Edge Computing Data Sources
5. Data Access Security of Equipment Edge Computing Data Sources
6. Data Change Management of Equipment Edge Computing Data Sources
7. System Health of Equipment Edge Computing System
