7. Comments, Special Circumstances:
S18 (Flammable Silicon Compounds) is not “owned” by the Energetic Materials Task Force, but there is a substantial overlap between the Energetic Materials and S18 Revision Task Forces and S30 and S18 address similar materials. The Energetic Materials Task Force is, in the interest of efficiency, proposing to have a single Line Item Ballot that contains changes to S2 to cite each of S18 and S30.
