Document 6125, SEMI F23, was issued for a Line Item ballot to correct the nonconforming title and review for five-year reapproval in Cycle 1-17. Comments were received from the ballot, which required failing of the Document and sending it for major revision Letter Ballot after re-work. This major revision incorporates and addresses the negatives and comments that were received.

Address the negatives as follows:

· Correct nonconforming title per SEMI Standards Procedure Manual to " Specification for Particle Concentration of Grade 10/0.2 Hydrogen Gas"
· Revise Scope to be compatible with new title
· The original document called for flammable specialty gases in the title but indicated the scope as applicable to Hydrogen only.
