1. Charter: (State the objective of the proposed TF.)

1. International 450 mm Shipping Box TF
・Organization for achieving consensus between global TF members
・Based on Joint GCS approval of Si wafer and PIC committees
・Two TFs work for standardization of 450 mm shipping box, i. e.:
Regional NA 450mm Shipping Box TF
Regional JA Shipping Box TF
・F2F International 450 mm Shipping Box TF are held in SEMICON WEST and
SEMICON Japan, and can be held in Spring and Fall meetings, if necessary.

2. Approval flow of ballot process (Approval of SNARF and Ballot Issuing)
・Firstly, reach consensus within International 450 mm Shipping Box TF
→Report to Joint PIC & Si Wafer GCS, for review and to get input
・Joint GCS of PIC & Si Wafer decides whether to approve the SNARF/Ballot issuance.
・Yellow (Letter) ballot is issued for Global Si Wafer Committee and lilac (Inter Committee) ballot to be issued for Global PI& C
Committee.

3. Yellow ballot review
・International 450 mm shipping box TF informally /previously review the ballot result.
・Based on recommendation of the International 450mm Shipping Box TF, ballot review shall be made either at NA Silicon Wafer
Committee in SEMICON WEST or at JA Silicon Wafer Committee in SEMICON JAPAN.
・Other ballot review can be made in case of unanimous support of Joint GCS.

2. Scope: (Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)

Standardization of 450 mm shipping Box as SEMI M-Series,
Including shipping system, and physical interfaces for necessary equipments

Carrier standard is M-series
Load Port standard is E-series

International 450mm Shipping Box TF to review and have consensus on Shipping Box architecture between NA TF and JA TF.
