1. Charter: (State the objective of the proposed TF.)
1. Investigate the problems in the implementation of Interface-A (also known as EDA, Equipment Data Acquisition) related standards in the Chinese region and propose suggestions for standard improvement.
2. If necessary, formulate new SEMI standards related to data infrastructure.
3. Promote cooperation with the working groups in China and other regions involving Interface-A and data infrastructure and strive to reach a consensus.

2. Scope: (Define the specific activities that the TF will conduct.)
1. The support and improvement of the Interface-A standard suite is the main focus of the DDA working group.
2. Promoting the application of EDA standards in the Chinese region is one of the tasks of the DDA working group.
3. The DDA working group may propose new standards or updates as needed to achieve improvements.
4. Cooperating with other working groups in China and other regions to jointly promote the application and improvement of EDA standards.
