- To revise S13 to be up to date with Regulations, Procedure Manual, and Style Manual requirements and recommendations.
- To rewrite the Purpose section so that it states the purpose of this Safety Guideline.
- To address Negatives/Comments submitted to S13 Reapproval Ballot
- To correct grammatical/punctuation mistakes.
- Other improvement if any.
