PDF access via SEMIViews Reader Seat (read only)
- Access will only be provided to TF leaders with approved TFOF and SNARF.
- SEMI Standards staff will verify activity (i.e., approved TFOF and SNARF) and approve/decline activation of account.
- The TF leader(s) will be given access only to the documents required for their project.
- Upon request, SEMI may provide SEMIViews access to part or all TF members depending on development necessity.
- TFs may view the documents via SEMIViews during TF meetings, but may not share SEMIViews passwords or distribute the standards.
- SEMIViews access is valid only until document development is complete or when activity stops.
- Staff will send a message to the TF leaders/members who receive free access explaining the terms of use.
MS Word documents for Revisions
- Editable Word documents of the currently published standard will only be supplied to the person(s) on the task force responsible for revising the document (two people max per TF).
- The author may distribute the working draft to the TF members for review.
- This is under the strict acknowledgement that the documents are only to be used within the task force for standards development purposes.
- The file(s) must be destroyed upon completion of the project.
- Staff will send a message to the Authors who receive the Word documents explaining the terms of use.
